Jack Sharp is an experienced operator and business leader with a track record of helping growing organizations turn ambitious ideas into scalable, executable strategies. As Chief Operating Officer of Progressive Screens, Jack has led across operations, finance, sales and marketing, supply chain, strategic partnerships, product development, and organizational growth as the company has evolved from an entrepreneurial business into an increasingly sophisticated national organization.
Jack’s leadership philosophy is rooted heavily in people, culture, and exceptional customer experience. His unconventional path to the executive suite began in hospitality, including time as a chef in New York City—an experience that shaped his belief that quality, consistency, attention to detail, and service matter in every industry.
He has continued his executive education through The Wharton School and is passionate about operational excellence, continuous improvement, developing high-performing leaders, and building businesses capable of sustainable growth.
Outside of work, Jack is a husband, father, Eagle Scout, golfer, and lifelong learner who values faith, family, and a good debate.
